We are proud to share a truly historic achievement for the Regional Old Colony Communications Center! After four years of dedicated work and continuous improvement, the ROCCC has officially earned the Emergency Medical Dispatch Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) designation from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch.

 

This makes us the first Primary and Regional PSAP in Massachusetts to reach this level. We are now the 375th accredited EMD Center worldwide—a distinction reserved for only a small fraction of centers across the globe.

 

This recognition reflects our commitment to consistent excellence in training, call review, documentation, and protocol compliance. Over the last six months, our team proved that ACE-level performance isn’t an occasional achievement—it’s our daily standard.
